Saudi Fisheries starts e-voting for OGM

Saudi Fisheries Co. (Alasmak) will hold its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) on Dec. 30, 2020, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders registered on Tadawulaty services website will be able to vote remotely on the agenda items from Dec. 27, 2020, until the end of the meeting.
