The residential assets dominated 71% of the properties appraised by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM) during the first half of 2020, Al Madina Newspaper reported, citing Saleh Alzowayeed, the authority’s public relations and communications manager.
He added that the commercial assets dominated 22% of the total evaluated assets, while the combined warehouse and industrial assets accounted for 3%.
The number of entities which were granted the real estate appraisal licenses doubled in less than two years, Alzowayeed said.
