Al Khaleej Training elects board members for upcoming 3-year term

Al Khaleej Training and Education Co.’s shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting Feb. 12, 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on Dec. 21, 2020.

 

The new board includes Abdul Aziz bin Hammad Nasser Al-Blehed, Abdul Aziz bin Rashid Abdul Rahman Al-Rashed, Ahmed bin Ali Ahmed Al-Shadawi, Al-Walid bin Abdul Razzaq Saleh Al-Duraian, Abdullah bin Saghir Muhammad al-Husseini, Abdul-Malik bin Abdul Rahman Abdullah Al-Sheikh, Abdullah bin Muhammad Suleiman Jibreen, and Ali bin Abdul Khaleq Abdul Rahman Al-Qarni.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders elected Abdullah bin Sagheer Muhammad Al-Husseini as the chairman, Ahmed bin Ali Ahmed Al-Shidawi, Omar bin Abdul Aziz Hammad Al-Bilhaid, and Lotfi Qassem Ahmed Shehada as members of the audit committee for the same term.
