Saudi official says up to 70% nationals, residents interested in receiving COVID-19 vaccine

The number of people registered at Sehhaty app to receive the COVID-19 vaccine exceeded 150,000, Alarabiya TV reported, citing Abdullah Al-Asiri, assistant deputy minister for preventive health at the Ministry of Health.

 

This number will increase after the Kingdom launches awareness campaigns to help people know where to receive the vaccine, Al-Asiri said.

 

He added that 60-70% of nationals and residents are interested in getting the vaccine due to their suffering from the pandemic.Vaccine
