Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development unveiled plans for 2021, which includes providing jobs for 115,000 Saudis and the Saudization of a number of industries.
The ministry seeks to launch a new qualification program for the distinguished cadres to work in the government entities, in addition to providing jobs for 115,000 Saudis in different fields, including fresh candidates and those who stopped working for more than three months.
The ministry also targets the Saudization of a number of professions in the fields of accounting, engineering, telecommunications and information technology, in addition to issuing freelance business regulations and the integration into Ejar platform.
Additionally, the ministry seeks to set up a new independent national entity by 2021 to organize the nonprofit business practices in the Kingdom and boost transparency and governance, and establish an academy to develop management cadres in the government entities, and later in the private sector institutions.
