King Salman and the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman are giving top priority to the citizens and their welfare, through improving their income and ensuring the provision of basic services to them, Saudi Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan told Argaam.
"It is undeniable that the main concern of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince is the Saudi citizens, to ensure they are provided with the services they deserve, and improve their income," Al-Jadaan said when asked about what was meant by the Crown Prince when he referred recently to improving the income of citizens, and the ministry's plans in this respect.
"This, is in addition to expanding the economic base in the Kingdom, to create more jobs for nationals and provide investment opportunities to young entrepreneurs," he added.
Upon achieving the main priorities, including boosting the government reserves, the targets of the housing program and other programs will be achieved, and thus the citizen's income will be the main concern and its improvement will surely be the focus of attention of the leadership and the government in general, the minister said.
"It is all a matter of time," Al-Jadaan noted.
In a speech delivered last month, the Crown Prince said that the government's next target is improving the income of citizens, according to data available with Argaam.
