Al-Khodari board member resigns

Abdullah A.M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s (Al-Khodari) board of directors approved the resignation of independent board member, Riyad Sulaiman Al-Kharashi, for personal reasons.

 

The resignation is effective from Dec. 8, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Al-Kharashi joined the board of directors on May 7, 2020, the statement added.
