Al Rajhi Bank reappoints Sulaiman Al Rajhi as chairman

Al Rajhi Bank announced the reappointment of Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi as chairman, while Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Romaih was named vice chairman.

 

The bank said in a bourse filing that it received today, Nov. 25, 2020, the approval of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) on the appointments.

 

Shareholders elected a new board for the new three-year term ending Nov. 13, 2023, during a general assembly held on Nov. 9, 2020.
