Al-Khodari appoints board member to nominations and remunerations committee

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s  board of directors appointed Abdullah Almazroua as member of the nominations and remunerations committee starting from Sunday, Nov. 22, 2020, until the end of the current board term on May 6, 2023.

 

Almazroua membership at Al-Khodari’s board started on Nov. 9, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
