Saudi G20 presidency highlights Kingdom’s global prominent role: Minister

Saudi Arabia’s presidency of the G20 marks the Kingdom’s prominent role and affirms its leadership among regional and international peers, SPA reported, citing Minister of Health Tawfiq Al-Rabiah.

 

“Given its political acumen and remarkable presence, the Kingdom contributed to supporting global stability, maintaining economic balance, and overcoming several challenges to reach peaceful coexistence among global countries,” Al-Rabiah said.

 

“The health sector witnessed a bullish development, being supported by the Kingdom, as it reported stronger performance on the level of health facilities as well as medical services,” the minister indicated.

 

The health ministry implemented several initiatives to raise life expectancy of citizens, in line with the National Transformation Program and Saudi Vision 2030, he noted.
