The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, today, Nov. 18, a request submitted by Blominvest Saudi Arabia Co. to sell units in Alrayan Residence Fund in an initial public offering (IPO), according to the market regulator’s website.
Investors should study the fund terms and conditions before making any investment decisions, and can seek advice from the fund manager, CMA said.
The regulator’s approval of the fund should not be considered as a recommendation to subscribe to the fund.
