Al-Khodari unable to disclose 9M 2020 financials on time

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announced that it failed to post its financial statements for the first nine months of 2020 on time, according to its statement to Tadawul.

 

The company cited that it has not yet disclosed its financial statements for FY2018, Q1 2019, H1 2019, 9M 2019, FY2019, Q1 2020 and H1 2020 within the regulatory period.

 

Al-Khodari will duly announce further developments.
