Ash-Sharqiyah shareholders to elect audit committee on Dec. 1

Shareholders of Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. will vote on the formation of the audit committee for the upcoming three-year term, starting on Dec. 1, 2020 and ending on July 19, 2023, during the ordinary general assembly meeting to be held on Dec. 1.

 

They will also vote on determining the renumeration and duties for the committee members.

 

There is no financial impact on the company's results for the period ended Sept. 30, 2020.
