Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. announced that the non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Alkhabeer Capital expired without reaching any agreement.
The company said in a bourse filing today, Nov. 3, that the agreement did not conclude due to lack of accord with the concerned parties and without any obligation on either party. However, they agreed to keep the dialogue open.
Any major developments will be announced in due course.
The two companies had signed the MoU in August 2020 to acquire a portfolio of educational companies owned by private funds that are managed by Alkhabeer Capital.
