Buruj audit committee member resigns

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co. said in a bourse statement today, Nov. 3, that Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al-Alwan (audit committee member) submitted his resignation on Nov. 2, 2020.

 

Al-Alwan joined the committee on May 1, 2019, and resigned for practical purposes, the statement added.

 

The resignation became effective as of its submission date.
