The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposits today, Nov. 1, Anaam International Holding Group’s tradable rights into the accounts of eligible securities’ holders.
Anaam’s shareholders approved, on Oct. 27, the board of directors’ recommendation to increase capital from SAR 15 million to SAR 105 million through a SAR 90 million rights issue, Argaam reported.
Subscription to new shares and rights trading will start from Monday, Nov. 2. Rights trading will end on Nov. 9, and subscription to the new shares will close on Nov. 12.
