Saudi Steel Pipe appoints Maged Al-Dakheel to board, audit committee

Saudi Steel Pipe Co. appointed Maged Mohammed Al-Dakheel as independent board member and audit committee member, following the approval from the board on Oct. 27, 2020. He will complete the remaining period of the current board term until June 6, 2022, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The appointments are pending approval from the general assembly.
