Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. (Al-Etihad) announced the implementation of a business continuity plan to resume receiving and settling vehicle claims as well as transferring damages to beneficiaries without interruption across the Kingdom.
The insurer said in a bourse statement that it will continue to serve its customers and process their complaints within the available channels.
The company confirmed that its services related to health insurance claims are not affected and will continue to be provided without interruption.
According to data compiled by Argaam, a floor collapsed in a building adjacent to the company’s headquarters in Al Khobar, following which both buildings were evacuated and the power supply was disconnected.
