1) Aljazira Capital, the fund manager of Aljazira REIT Fund, distributed cash dividend to unit holders at 3%, or SAR 0.30 per unit for H2 2019 and H1 2020.
2) Al Kathiri Holding Co.'s subscription to new shares and the rights trading began Oct. 12, 2020, to increase capital from SAR 45.21 million to SAR 90.42 million.
3) Al Rajhi Capital appointed Mesheal I. Al-Shenefi as the new chairman of the board of Al Rajhi REIT Fund, effective Oct. 11, 2020.
4) SEDCO Capital appointed Tarek H. Lengawy as the new chairman of the board of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund, effective Oct. 11, 2020.
5) Brent crude on Tuesday gained 1 cent to reach $41.73 per barrel. WTI crude also increased 3 cents to reach $39.46/bbl.
