Dallah Healthcare sold 8,978 fractional shares on Sept. 19, 2020 at SAR 47.2 per share for a total of SAR 424,162, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on Oct. 12, the statement added.
Last month, the company’s general assembly approved a 20 percent capital hike to SAR 600 million from SAR 500 million through bonus shares, Argaam reported.
On Sept.13, 2020, the company's extraordinary general meeting approved the capital increase from SAR 750 million to SAR 900 million through the distribution of 75 million bonus shares, or 20% of total capital.
The company said the capital top-up is aimed to match the company’s share capital to its assets level, and support investments and future expansions.
