Takween replaces audit committee member

Takween Advanced Industries Co. announced the resignation of Suleiman bin Abdullah Al Sakran from the audit committee and the appointment of Saleh Hassan Alafaleq in his place till the end of the current term ending Jan. 20, 2023.

The resignation, which was submitted on Oct. 7, 2020 for personal reasons, is with immediate effect, the company said in a bourse statement.

The new appointment is subject to the approval in the upcoming ordinary general meeting.
