Savola appoints audit committee member

Savola Group announced that its board of directors approved today, Oct.6, the appointment of Tareq Abdullah Al-Garaawy as a member of the audit committee.

 

The appointment is effective immediately until the end of the committee's current term on Sept. 30, 2022, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Al-Garaawy will replace Amr Kurdi, who resigned from the audit committee on May 1, 2020, due to personal reasons.
