Aslak to deposit proceeds from fractional shares on Oct. 12

United Wire Factories Co. (Aslak) sold 2,799 fractional shares on Sept. 29, 2020 at SAR 34.55 per share for a total of SAR 96,705.45, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on Oct. 12, 2020, the statement added.

 

In July, the company’s shareholders approved a 20% capital cut to SAR 351 million from SAR 438.75 million on having a capital surplus, Argaam reported.
