Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.
1) Almarai Company reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 1.64 billion for the first nine months of 2020, a 10% year-on-year (YoY) increase.
2) Saudi Aramco will disclose its financial results and dividend for Q3 2020 before the start of trading on Nov. 3, 2020.
3) Nama Chemicals Co. completed the scheduled periodical maintenance of its Arabian Alkali Company (SODA) plant.
4) Sahara International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem) completed the first phase of buyback of its own shares, to hold them as treasury shares.
5) Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) offloaded 1 million shares, or 3.846% stake in Warehousing and Logistics Services Co., for SAR 4 a share, totaling SAR 4 million.
6) AlAhli REIT Fund (1) reported a net profit of SAR 10.46 million for 9M 2020.
7) Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) obtained the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority’s (SAMA) no objection on its proposed rights issue to raise its capital from SAR 141 million to SAR 291 million.
8) Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. issued prospectus for its SAR 120 million rights issue, to increase capital from SAR 200 million to SAR 320 million.
9) Brent crude on Monday gained 84 cents to reach $40.11 per barrel. WTI crude also increased 92 cents to reach $37.97/bbl.
