Jeddah starts work on Al Nawras Island development project

Mayor of Jeddah Governorate Saleh Al-Turki launched the Al Nawras Island development project, which will be developed by Fakieh Leisure and Entertainment Group (Fakieh Tourist Group).

 

The project extends along Al Nawras Island with a 25-meter wide and 2,000-meter long walkway, featuring restaurants, cafes, recreational and artistic centers, along with a marina, a women-only beach, a health club and a games area.

 

The project plan has been changed from hotel chalets operated by one of the largest international companies, to a tourist destination targeting all waterfront visitors, residents and visitors of Jeddah, where Al Nawras Island will be linked with the waterfront.
