Northern Cement to pay H1 2020 dividend on Sept. 27

Northern Region Cement Co. said the dividend for H1 2020 will be paid on Sept. 27 instead of Sept. 24, due to a delay in distribution from Al Rajhi Bank.

 

The delay will not have any financial impact on the company, the cement producer said in a bourse statement.

 

In August, Northern Cement’s board of directors recommended a 2.5% cash dividend for the first half of 2020, at SAR 0.25 per share, amounting to SAR 45 million.
