Al Kathiri appoints new audit committee member

Al Kathiri Holding Co.’s board of directors appointed Saud Mohammed Abdullah Al Shraim as a member of the audit committee, effective Sept. 19, 2020 until the end of the current board’s session.

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the appointment is pending the approval of the general assembly.

Saud Al Shuraim obtained a general diploma in electricity in 2009, and has managerial and practical experience.

The board of directors also accepted the resignation of Mahmoud Hanfy Megely Oquel, a member of the audit committee, effective Sept. 19, 2020.
