Makkah Construction restarts Umrah services unit

Makkah Construction and Development Co. resumed the operations of Makkah for Umrah Services Co. after finalizing the internal restructuring, the company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.

 

The company implemented regulations to develop the work system and provide better services to the clients.

 

The decision is expected to have a positive financial impact, it noted.

 

Umrah services unit will be under the management and operation of the Makkah Hotel and Towers Co.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Makkah Construction’s board of directors decided on Nov. 27, 2019, to suspend the operations of Makkah for Umrah Services for one year for internal restructuring.
