National Building and Marketing Co. was unable to publish financial statements for Q1 and Q2 2020 within the specified period, as the ordinary general meeting was not convened on time to appoint an external auditor, the company said in a bourse statement today.
The delay was also attributed to shutting down the general administrative office as some employees were infected by the coronavirus.
National Buidling expects to publish the delayed financial statements within a month from today, Sept. 15.
The firm added that it has renewed all accounting systems to develop the performance and keep pace with providing remote working requirements.
Trading suspension rules for listed companies announced on March 25, 2019 will apply to the company, the statement added.
