1) The daily transactions on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) crossed 500,000 on Sept. 8, 2020.
2) Saudi Electricity Co. (SEC) holds calls with fixed income investors in Asia, Europe and the Middle East in preparation for potential issuance of dollar-denominated fixed rate RegS senior unsecured international green sukuk.
3) Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPM) said the process to recover its Moroccan subsidiary and its plants are still under official procedures of termination.
4) Alkhabeer REIT Fund inked a Sharia-compliant financing agreement with Al Rajhi Bank to obtain additional credit facilities.
5) Brent crude on Thursday declined 18 cents to reach $40.61 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 26 cents to reach $37.79/bbl.
