Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.

 

1) National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) expects to begin operations of Doha Hills Schools Complex in Dhahran City in 2022-2023 academic year, instead of 2021-2022 academic year.

 

2) Middle East Healthcare Co. (Saudi German Hospital) signed a lease contract with Bait Al Batterjee College for Medical Sciences and Technology Co., a related party, worth SAR 7 million.

 

3) Derayah Financial launched derivatives trading services for investors via Derayah platform.

 

4) Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. said accumulated losses fell to SAR 149.59 million, representing 43.42% of capital.

 

5) Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) said that Riyadh’s Administrative Court of Appeal postponed its decision about the company’s appeal against the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) to Sept. 27, 2020.

 

6) Alkhabeer Capital Co. announced the inclusion of Alkhabeer REIT Fund in FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index Series.

 

7) United Wires Factories Co. (Aslak) said the creditors' objection period to start the process of reducing the company's capital will expire on Sept. 13, 2020.

 

8) Brent crude on Tuesday declined 8 cents to reach $41.93 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 78 cents to reach $38.99/bbl.
