Derayah REIT board to register fund with GAZT

Derayah REIT Fund’s board of directors approved to register the fund with the General Authority for Zakat and Income (GAZT) for Zakat purpose, Derayah Financial, the fund manager, said in a bourse filing.

 

The fund will appoint an independent consultancy office to assist in the registration procedures.

 

The fund manager will disclose any developments in this regard in due course, including the Zakat amount and its impact on the fund.
