Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co.’s board of directors accepted the resignation of Mohammed Abdullah Al-Hoshan from the audit committee membership, the company said in a bourse statement.
The resignation, which was tendered for personal reasons on Sept. 2, was accepted with immediate effect. Al-Hoshan joined the audit committee on Aug. 22, 2020.
On the other hand, Samy Mohammed Al-Shiha was appointed by the board of directors on Sept. 2.
The new appointment is subject to shareholders’ approval in the upcoming general meeting, the statement added.
