9 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.

 

1) Saudi White Cement Co. will start trading on Nomu Parallel Market as of Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020, under the symbol 9512, with a daily fluctuation limit of 20%.

 

2) The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Al Kathiri Holding Co.’s request to increase capital by SAR 45.21 million through a rights issue.

 

3) Saudi Aramco started on Aug. 31 paying Q2 2020 cash dividend of SAR 0.352 per share to shareholders registered at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) on Aug. 11.

 

4) BinDawood Holding issued a prospectus for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

 

5) Albilad Capital distributed cash dividend to Albilad Saudi Sovereign Sukuk ETF unit holders for August, at SAR 0.0233 per unit, or 0.23% initial price per unit.

 

6) Qassim Cement Co. received a one-year export license (No. 65008) from the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.

 

7) Bupa Investments Overseas Limited (BIOL) completed the purchase of 4.8 million shares, representing 4% of Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co.’s share capital from Modern Computer Programs Company, a Nazer Group Company.

 

8) Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. uncovered a suspicious manipulation of the company’s accounting journal entries in 2017 by the management and financial department according to the preliminary investigations.

 

9) Brent crude on Tuesday gained 50 cents to reach $45.78 per barrel. WTI Crude also increased 40 cents to reach $43.01/bbl.
