Sumou Real Estate re-forms nomination, remuneration committee

Sumou Real Estate Co. re-formed the nomination and remuneration committee for the new three-year term, started Aug. 17, 2020 till May 30, 2023, or the end of the term of any of its members (whichever comes earlier).

The company re-appointed Essam A. Kalthoum (independent member) as committee chairman, and Saaed S. Al-Nahdy and Faisal A. Al-Khaldy as members, it said in a bourse statement.

The terms of the committee and the beginning and end dates remained the same without modification, as stated in the previous decision.

In May, the company announced the formation of nomination and remuneration committee for the three-year term starting May 31, 2020, to May 30, 2023.
