GACO names external auditor

Al Gassim Investment Holding Co.'s (GACO) shareholders appointed an external auditor to audit financial statements for Q2 2020, Q3 2020, Q4 2020 and Q1 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

This came during the company's ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on August 17, 2020, the statement added.
