Sumou Real Estate forms audit committee

Sumou Real Estate Co.'s shareholders approved the formation of an audit committee for the three-year term ending August 15, 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on August 16, the company said in a bourse statement.

They also approved amending a number of Articles of Incorporation as regards rebranding, ownership, share subscription, capital increase, and the dividend payment.

Shareholders authorized the board to pay interim dividend for 2020 on a quarterly and semi-annual basis and also amended the regulations of the audit and nomination & numeration committees.
