Alujain Holding Corp. adopted electronic voting as of Saturday, August 15, on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on August 18, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.
Last month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on financial statements for the fiscal year 2019 in the general meeting scheduled for Aug. 18, according to data compiled by Argaam.
