Saudi Arabia is working to provide reliable, effective and safe COVID-19 vaccine, says Ministry of Health

Saudi Arabia is working to provide any vaccine for coronavirus that proves reliable, effective and safe, Muhammad Al-Abdulaali, spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, said at a press conference on Wednesday.

 

He added that work is being continuously carried out by the competent authorities to follow up on the news of the COVID-19 vaccine, stressing that the Kingdom is participating in all international efforts to support research and providing successful vaccines or treatments to combat the pandemic.

 

Among those efforts are the recently announced clinical trials or research for some of these vaccines, Al-Abdulaali noted.
