Saudi Arabia’s Amaala giga project will soon name a number of partners, and is in the process of introducing a new brand name for the project's hotels and resorts, Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper reported, citing Chief Executive Officer, Nicholas Naples.
"Amaala is currently in talks with service providers, operators and investors in the hospitality field," he added.
Despite the current headwinds related to the COVID-19 outbreak, construction works are running as scheduled, while taking the necessary safety precautions to maintain sustainability and performance, he stated.
In September 2018, the Public Investment Fund (PIF) announced the launch of Amaala, which will become an uber-luxury destination on the north-western coast of Saudi Arabia. The project is expected to be complete in 2028.
