Alujain shareholders to vote on FY2019 audit report, financials on Aug. 18

Shareholders of Alujain Holding Corp are set to vote on financial statements for the fiscal year 2019 in the general meeting scheduled for Aug. 18, the company said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the board and audit reports for the same fiscal year, as well as the corporate governance rules.

 

Shareholders of record at the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) will be able to participate and vote on the agenda through Tadawulaty services as of Saturday, Aug. 15.
