AICC shareholders to vote on forming audit committee on August 20

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co.’s (AICC) shareholders will vote on the formation of an audit committee for the 3-year term ending Feb. 26, 2023 and determining its tasks and remuneration, during the ordinary general meeting slated for August 20.

Nominees are Abdulrahman Mohammad Al Ankari as chairman, and Abdul-Elah Mohammed and Mishari bin Salman as committee members.

Shareholders will participate in the meeting through electronic voting as of Aug. 16, in line with the Capital Market Authority's (CMA) circular issued, on March 16, enabling shareholders to participate and vote on general meeting agenda items through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus.
