The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) approved on Sunday the listing request of the Saudi government-issued debt instruments, submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the listing rules with a total value of SAR 34.65 billion.
The debt instrument details are:
-Issuance number (2020-07-04) valued at SAR 8.97 billion
-Issuance number (2020-07-08) valued at SAR 6.03 billion.
-Issuance number (2020-07-12) valued at SAR 6.5 billion.
-Issuance number (2020-07-15) valued at SAR 13.15 billion.
Accordingly, the listing and trading of the debt instruments will commence from July 28, 2020.
In a separate statement, Tadawul announced the changes in the listed Saudi government issued debt instruments issued by the Ministry of Finance as follows:
- Change in value issuance number 5-1001 (Tadawul code: 5223) to SAR 1.9 billion
- Change in value issuance number 5-1003 (Tadawul code: 5229) to SAR 2.15 billion
- Change in value issuance number 5-1004 (Tadawul code: 5232) to SAR 3 billion
- Change in value issuance number 5-1005 (Tadawul code: 5235) to SAR 1 billion
- Delisting of debt instrument (Tadawul code: 5226)
The changes will come into effect from the end of trading today, July 26, 2020.
