Amana Insurance denies rumors on major shareholders ownership changes

Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. denied rumors about changes in the stakes of major shareholders owning 5% and more of capital.

 

The insurer added in a bourse statement that it has been transparent in disclosing all company-related news on Tadawul on time.

 

The list of Amana Insurance Co.’s major shareholders includes Gulf Amana Insurance Co. which owns 18.37% stake in the Saudi-listed firm, according to data compiled by Argaam
