Al-Khodari announces appointment of new secretary for financial restructuring

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. announced in a bourse filing the appointment of Bader Al Tamimi as the new secretary for financial restructuring as of July 22, 2020, by Dammam Commercial Court.

 

The appointment has no related cost.

 

It is difficult to determine the financial impact on the financial restructuring procedure, the statement said, adding further updates will be announced in due course.
