Al Ahsa changes its name on Tadawul to Ayyan Investment Company

Al Ahsa Development Co. announced in a bourse statement today that its name on the Saudi Stock Exchange’s (Tadawul) website is changed to Ayyan Investment Company.

 

The company’s shareholders approved rebranding the company’s name into Ayyan Investment Co., during the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on June 25, Argaam reported.

 

They also approved amending the company’s bylaws related to relocation of its headquarters.
