Derayah REIT Fund’s unaudited net asset value (NAV) reached SAR 999.3 million in Q2 2020, the fund manager Derayah Financial said in a bourse statement on Sunday.
Total asset value reached SAR 1.6 billion for the same period.
Expense ratio stood at 0.146%, while the rental income on unit price stood at 2.463% in Q2 2020.
The second quarter dividend hit SAR 0.09 per unit, compared to SAR 0.187 per unit in Q1 2020.
The fund manager has received requests from tenants to partially waive contractual rents as a result of COVID19. The total value of such requests has reached circa. SAR 24.3 million or 20.3% of the total annual rent. The fund manager does not expect the Derayah REIT’s annual expected rent to decrease by more than 5% or SAR 6 million.
