Halwani names new board director

Halwani Bros.' board of directors approved the resignation of board director, Ahmad Abdullah Khayat, effective as of July 16, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

The board of directors also appointed Ghassan Amoudi as an independent board member as of July 17, 2020 until end of the current board term, the statement added.

Al Amoudi holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the American University and has 25 years of experience.
