Jabal Omar issues uniform ownership deed on Makkah project

Jabal Omar Development Co. (JODC) issued on July 16, 2020, the uniform ownership deed on the company's project in Makkah at 231,940 square meters (sq m), the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The ownership deed will boost the developer's ability to finance current and planned projects, in addition to expansions, in line with its strategy.

 

Also, the ownership deed came in line with the company's strategic restructuring plan, which started at the beginning of this year.
