Makkah Construction names new board chairman, MD

Makkah Construction and Development Co.’s board of directors approved appointing Abdulrahman Abdulkader Mohammed Fakih as new board chairman (non-executive), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Ahmad Sulaiman Al-Hamdan was named the deputy chairman (non-executive), and Hamzah Sairafi was named the company’s managing director.

Moreover, Zaid Albassam was appointed as the audit committee head (non-executive).

The board of directors also appointed a remuneration committee, with Mansour Bin Saeed as the committee head.

The company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul were also appointed.
